Meet The Builder, Scott Maynes
For 35 years, Scott Maynes has been an industry innovator in the home building industry. After spending decades building homes and commercial structures in California, Scott decided to move to Colorado Springs and join forces with his sister, Karen Jones, and create a premier home building and design company. In 2014, their first year in business together, they designed and built a custom home in Black Forest which won six HBA awards at the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes. Scott’s uncompromising eye for detail, quality, and creativity, plus his experience in land development and building across multiple geographic areas has given him the ability to build just about any home on any lot. He loves a challenging build and will do whatever takes to make your dream home become a reality.

For peace of mind, our homes come standard with the best warranty in the industry, covering you for one full year after you move in. Our clients relax knowing that we’re there to take good care of them.
Fast Build Time
Most of our homes are designed and built in just 9-12 months, allowing you to have your dream home without waiting forever. We can even get started on the design process before you’ve closed on land.
Local Showroom
Our showroom is conveniently located in northern Colorado Springs and has plenty of design samples to help you make selections. Our friendly staff will meet with you and learn all about what you want in your dream home.
